Our freshwater and saltwater fish are caught wild by local fishermen in Canada’s pristine lakes and coastal waters, packed on ice and delivered to our door within a single day – just as fresh and cold as the waters they came from.

Pacific Herring

Caught wild off North Vancouver Island by local fishermen like Mitch, our herring are delivered fresh daily – so they’re preservative-free and never frozen. Native to Canada’s pristine coastal waters, our Pacific herring is such a rich source of DHA and EPA Omega 3 fatty acids, it is considered brain food and is bursting with nourishing protein.

Canada’s pristine Pacific waters are home to 6 species of Salmon – including Chinook and Coho species – which provide one of the best sources of protein and DHA and EPA essential fatty acids. Caught off north Vancouver Island by the Celtic crew, our Salmon are packed on ice and arrive at our door within a single day – just as fresh and cold as the waters they came from.

Native to Canada’s pristine Pacific waters, our Flounder is loaded with richly nourishing protein, selenium and vitamin B12.

Whitefish
Northern Canada
Whisked from the icy depths of Canada’s northern lakes, Lake Whitefish is a member of the salmon family and contains more Omega 3 fatty acids than pink salmon and three-times more than trout. Caught wild by local fishermen in northern Alberta and Saskatchewan, our Lake Whitefish are passed fit for human consumption and delivered fresh each day – so they’re never frozen and preservative free.

Pike
Northern Canada
Native to western Canada, Northern Pike is caught wild from the cold northern lakes of Alberta and Saskatchewan by local fishermen from the Fresh Water Fish Company of Canada. Our Pike is delivered to us fresh within a day or two of being caught, so it’s never frozen, preservative free and is loaded with natural, fresh-caught goodness.

Walleye
Northern Canada
Native to Canada’s northern rivers and lakes, Walleye is a highly sought table fish because its lean, nutrient-rich flesh provides an excellent source of easily digested protein. Caught wild by local fishermen in northern Alberta and Saskatchewan, our Walleye is passed fit for human consumption and delivered fresh each day – never frozen and preservative-free.
